An established UK housing organisation is undertaking a major transformation of its housing management platform and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration of ActiveH from desktop to web .
This role is highly specialised. Demonstrable hands-on experience delivering projects involving ActiveH is essential. Candidates without direct ActiveH exposure will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of an ActiveH desktop-to-web migration
* Own project governance including plans, RAID, dependencies, and reporting
* Manage internal business and technical stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
* Coordinate and manage third-party software suppliers and integrators
* Oversee data migration, testing, and business readiness activities
* Ensure delivery to agreed scope, timescales, and budget
* Provide clear progress updates to senior stakeholders
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ActiveH projects
* Direct involvement in ActiveH implementations, upgrades, or migrations
* Strong background in housing management systems within social housing
* Experience delivering application or platform xkybehq migration projects
* Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
* Confident operating in complex, change-heavy environments
Desirable
* Experience with ActiveH Web
* Housing association or local authority background
* Structured delivery methodologies (waterfall or hybrid)
