Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Team Leader to lead the residential team at Greenhill, situated in Crickhowell. The purpose‑built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty and for those living with dementia.
Compensation & Working Hours
* Salary: £14.38 per hour
* Hours: Bank – Zero hours
* Shift times: As/When needed in service

Job Responsibilities
* Lead by example, providing guidance and support during shifts to promote best practice.
* Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
* Report changes in residents’ needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience working with older people in residential care.
* Completed or working toward your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Flexible, patient, caring, organized and great with people.
* Ability to lead a team and use your own initiative.
