Responsibilities
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify white-space opportunities and inform strong, localized growth strategies.
* Translate raw data and insights into actionable strategic recommendations, delivering clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-makers.
* Build and maintain SOPs that enhance internal collaboration, ensuring solutions are scalable across teams and markets.
Minimum Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program; able to commit 20 hours per week for at least 3 months.
* Professional proficiency in written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to approach problems creatively and logically.
* Proficiency in Hungarian is required to review and audit SOPs in the target language.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous internship or project experience in performance analysis, market research, or strategic planning.
* Familiarity with the TikTok creator ecosystem, influencer marketing, or TikTok.
* A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can independently generate ideas.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., student organizations, case competitions, hackathons).
