Job title: Plumber multi
Location: Norwich
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 + van and fuel card
Responsibilities
* Perform plumbing inspections and assessments within social housing properties.
* Be able to perform multi skills including tiling, carpentry, plastering and painting and decorating.
* Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to address broader property maintenance issues.
* Provide excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.
* Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
* Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
* Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in social housing or a similar setting.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, components, and regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
