Role: Admin Assistant – (JPC-82)Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (on-site)Sector: Public & Private Sector ConsultancySalary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annumMain Responsibilities:Typing and issuing documents including minutes, letters, notices, reports and fee invoices.Electronic filing onto project files from shared mailbox.Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office.Diary Management - arranging appointments for surveyors and meeting room bookings.Answering the telephone and dealing with queries in a professional manner.Booking travel and accommodation.Opening of new jobs and maintaining the project database.Working on own initiative and as part of the wider admin support team.Any other ad hoc duties as required.Essential Requirements:Eligible to live and work in the UK.Able to work from the office full time (Sevenoaks).Strong attention to detail.Use own initiative.Organised & efficient.Proficient with MS software, including Word, Outlook and Excel (including formulas).Able to work well under pressure.Experience of working in a professional office environment.Desirable RequirementsOwn car and driving licence.Experience of working within the construction industry.Working within a Quality Management System.Willingness to travel between offices if required.Rewards and Benefits:Competitive salaryPension contributionsPrivate medical insurance28 days holiday (incl.
