About the Role A leading social housing provider in the Midlands is looking for an experienced Electrician to join their Property Services team. You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs, maintenance, and electrical fault‑finding within occupied domestic properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician with strong social housing experience who is looking for stability, long‑term work, and the potential to secure a permanent position. Key Responsibilities Carry out day‑to‑day electrical repairs, maintenance, and remedial works in occupied homes. Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and effectively. Complete testing, inspection, and certification in line with regulations. Ensure all work is compliant with current electrical standards and health & safety requirements. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents. Maintain accurate records of work completed using handheld devices or job management systems. Required Qualifications & Experience 18th Edition (BS7671) NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection & Testing AM2 Proven experience working in social housing, domestic maintenance, or responsive repairs.
