Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SSTS Information Assistant based at Ailsa Hospital.
Hours
36 hours per week over 5 days with flexi time offered.
Fixed Term
This is a fixed term position for 12 months.
What You Will Do
As a SSTS Information Assistant you will work within the Finance Department at Ailsa Hospital. You will be part of the project team responsible for inputting confidential employee information into the SSTS system for transmission to Payroll so that monthly/weekly salaries can be processed accurately and for providing managers with standard and ad hoc reports to assist with ongoing issues in relation to manpower planning.
Required Knowledge, Training and Experience
* Knowledge of NHS Terms & Conditions of Service.
* Knowledge of Standing Financial Procedures (e.g., different levels of signature requirements on payroll forms).
* Database interrogation experience (essential).
* Word and Excel experience (advantageous).
