Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (30 min unpaid break)

Are you ready to make a difference in the healthcare industry? We are looking for x3 motivated and friendly Temporary Patient Support Administrators to join a dynamic team in LS1, Leeds! This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent support to patients and healthcare professionals alike.
What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service😊
Assist in managing patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient flow.
Handle queries and concerns, ensuring patients feel valued and cared for.
Support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to keep operations running smoothly. 📋What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 🗣️
A compassionate attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Service is Imperative
Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
