About the Job
* Sanitize tanks and equipment to ensure company quality standards are met.
* Locate necessary ingredients in inventory and transport to syrup room for blending syrup ingredients according to established standards and procedures.
* Unload sugar/concentrate.
* Maintain records and logs of procedures, results, and inspections.
* Interpret blending/sanitation schedule requirements and plan personal schedule accordingly to suit priorities.
* Periodically perform inventory checks and sort concentrates; ensure ingredient stock is rotated.
* Keep work area and equipment clean.
* Comply with all safety, GMP, sanitation, and food safety regulations.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Good communication and computer skills are required. The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs daily and stand for long periods.
