Join us as an Administrator
The role and responsibilities:
* Welcome customers into our showroom
* Ensuring the showroom is looking it's best
* Typing of letters, emails, reports, tenders, presentations, creating excel schedules etc and assisting in the preparation of budgets
* Reception duties including answering the telephone, dealing with queries, redirecting calls as necessary and taking messages; greeting visitors; managing meeting rooms and where necessary managing the refreshments for meetings and making sure office supplies are well stocked
* Liaise with our design team to assist in running projects.
* Assist with the management of the office as required on a day-to-day basis including facilities management, ordering stationery and organising office events
* Run a strict diary ensuring all customers are responded to quickly and efficiently, delivering exceptional customer service at all times
* Diary management/arranging meetings
* Photocopying, scanning, printing & electronic filing as well as Outlook email management
* Work closely with the team to help run customer care and ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly and professionally
* Booking deliveries
* Liaising with suppliers
* Any other reasonable duties, as required, to ensure the smooth running of the office
The skills we are looking for in you:
* Good general knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Planner, OneDrive. Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage
* Must be very well organised with a proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks
* Excellent standard of written English language
* Professional telephone manner
* Well presented with a warm and welcoming manner
* Good level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise busy workload and manage time
* Ability to act on own initiative whilst also working within company processes and procedures
* High attention to detail
* Ability to deal with clients at all levels and maintain confidentiality at all times
* Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
Key Information:
* Hours: Full-time 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility required to clear any urgent workload.
