Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a part time (30 hours) highly motivated Band 4 Team Administrator to provide a comprehensive and efficient administration service for the Healthcare Team within Barton Moss Secure Children's Home (SCH). The SCH provides high quality residential care to boys aged between 11 and 18. The post holder will provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Healthcare Team within Barton Moss Secure Children's Home and will line-manage junior members of the admin team. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to work closely and collaboratively with clinicians and managers, aiming for high quality standards both personally and for the service.
You will be responsible for dealing with queries, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a primary telephone point of contact for the healthcare team with excellent customer service. The candidate should demonstrate excellent organisational skills, ensure quality in document production, manage day-to-day workload, and prioritise work to meet deadlines. You will also provide line management and supervision to junior members of the administration team and cover other services when necessary.
