The Role
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive **Lunchtime Supervisor** to join our dedicated team. You'll help create a safe, engaging, and positive environment for children during their lunch break—supporting both play and social interaction.
Responsibilities
* Supervise pupils during lunch and play, ensuring safety and wellbeing
* Encourage inclusive and imaginative play across all age groups
* Promote positive behaviour and respectful relationships
* Support children's emotional, social, and physical development
* Work collaboratively with other staff to uphold school values
What We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for working with children
* A commitment to promoting high-quality play experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
* Experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential
