Job Description:
Levitate Recruitment is seeking experienced corporate insolvency administrators for a Senior Insolvency Administrator or Insolvency Assistant Manager role, due to internal movements within a leading insolvency specialist.
Role:
You will manage a caseload of mainly Administrations and Liquidations from inception to closure, reporting to a Manager and collaborating closely with an IP. Typical duties include:
* Attending initial meetings with the IP
* Liaising with Solicitors and valuation agents
* Handling employee redundancies and claims
* Preparing Section 98 reports, Statements of Affairs, and deficiency accounts
* Performing asset realisations
* Coordinating trading to enhance realisations
* Preparing statutory documentation, including member identification, AML requirements, and solvency declarations
* Identifying potential assets and issues for the Office Holder
* Supervising and coaching less experienced team members
The firm offers a structured development plan tailored to your needs, supported by regular appraisals, aiming to prepare Administrators for future promotions as the company expands.
Requirements:
* Insolvency qualifications are advantageous; support is provided for CPI and JIEB where appropriate.
