EMEA Financial Controller | PE-backed Tech consultancy
I'm working with a high-growth, PE-backed global consultancy business to hire an EMEA Financial Controller. The business is scaling fast and investing heavily in building a best-in-class finance function.
This is a key role, reporting to the Finance Director, and partnering closely with local market leads. You'll drive financial control, performance insight, and commercial decision-making across a complex multi-country structure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and external statutory filings across EMEA
* Oversee billing, WIP and revenue recognition, driving improvements in working capital
* Deliver forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to senior leadership
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax, audit, and group policies
* Act as finance business partner to market leaders and cross-functional teams
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong post-qualified experience
* Background in professional services, Big 4, Ideal
* Strong commercial acumen and hands-on approach to problem solving
* Confident working with US GAAP and SAP (preferred)
* Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a scaling environment
* High-impact role in a dynamic, growing international business
* Strong PE backing and ambitious leadership team
