The Service
Sherwood House is a registered care home which runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.We provide person-centred care and support to 19 elderly residentswho have chosen this home as their place to retire and live happily ever after. Like them, you will also feel a change of pace thanks to the homes scenery, as it is situated in the small village of Linby who won Nottinghamshire's "best kept village" award in 2013. A local tale recounts that the humble pancake was invented by the women of Linby to celebrate the defeat of Danish invaders.
Working Hours
All successful candidates will be required to work on a rota basis over a 24-hour period, including weekends and bank holidays; a bonus is paid for waking nights. Shift Patterns...
