The opportunity
We are on the lookout for a self-motivated team player to manage key areas of the Openwork Wealth Proposition development. We are looking for someone to ensure products and services offered to clients are developed and managed effectively, aligned to corporate strategy and high standards of governance.
As the Wealth Proposition Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of key areas of the Wealth Proposition to provide control and oversight of proposition development and management.
This is a hybrid role based 2 days a week in our Swindon office.

Key accountabilities:
2. You will identify opportunities to strengthen Openwork’s Wealth offering through accumulation and decumulation Work closely with proposition, advice, Omnis investments, distribution, marketing, compliance and external partners to deliver enhanced propositions. Supporting the delivery of our Centralised Investment Proposition Develop and deliver solutions to support holistic financial planning Bringing forward new product development ideas that will enhance the Wealth Proposition and drive great outcomes for advisers and their clients. Monitor market trends, customer behaviours, adviser needs, competitor activity and regulatory developments. Ensure Wealth propositions support positive customer outcomes across the client life stages. Drafting relevant communications for advisers and colleagues
What will you need to succeed?
3. Experience in financial services product or proposition development roles. Professional financial services qualification or willingness to achieve Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Positive, resourceful and self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously, with a strong “can do” attitude. Strong communication skills to with the ability to effectively manage lasting relationship. Able to deal effectively with complexity of information and data.
