Quality Assurance Administrator
Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Sandhurst Military Academy, Sandhurst, GU15 4NP (1 day WFH per week)
Vinci, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Administrator to support a high-profile facilities maintenance contract at the Sandhurst Military Academy.
This is a key role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and excellent organisational skills. The successful applicant will play an integral part in maintaining audit compliance and quality assurance across the estate.
Please note: Due to the nature of the site and role, the successful candidate must be able to pass a security background check.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous administration experience, ideally in a facilities, engineering, or compliance-focused environment
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large datasets for reporting and audit purposes
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* Confident in liaising with operational staff and ensuring compliance standards are met
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
* Professional and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Willingness to travel to different military sites when required (travel expenses covered)
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support the scheduling and delivery of audits across the military estate
* Maintain, analyse, and update audit records and compliance reports
* Manage team diaries and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed
* Upload and maintain accurate records on internal systems
* Liaise with engineers, site managers, and client representatives to ensure audit activities are effectively managed
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team
* Attend and assist with site-based audits when needed
