Key Responsibilities: Full ownership of supplier accounts - setting up new vendors, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely reconciliations Processing high volumes of purchase invoices in line with internal controls and approval processes Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations Managing staff expenses and company credit card reconciliations Promptly responding to and resolving supplier queries, building and maintaining positive relationships Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required during busy periods What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills A proactive and solution-focused approach Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset If you're available to start immediately and think this sounds like a great fit, we'd love to hear from you.
