If so, you might be a great fit! You will support a young man in Inverness, who recently moved into temporary accommodation. He hopes to move into a permanent home soon and would love his team to accompany him. He struggles with mental health, particularly bipolar disorder and learning disabilities, and needs understanding and positive support to help him live a fulfilling life.
You will assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, managing finances, attending appointments, and shopping. Night staff ensure his safety overnight and provide companionship. He enjoys walking, going to the gym, football (a big Man United fan), singing karaoke, and following his faith. The role involves supporting him in these activities.
We are recruiting for two positions:
1. 36-hour waking night post (3 shifts per week, 8pm - 8am, days vary)
2. 24-hour day post (shifts from 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm, or 8am - 8pm, days vary)
Applicants must be able to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, with no guarantee of the same days weekly.
