Working Foreman High-End Residential New Builds
Location: Petersfield Guildford (A3 Corridor)
Rate: £250 £275 per day
Contract: Long-Term / Self-Employed
Solent Construction Recruitment Ltd are recruiting an experienced Working Foreman for a client delivering high-end bespoke new build properties.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can still deliver works on site, while leading by example and managing day-to-day site activity.
Responsibilities:
* Carrying out trade works as required
* Managing and motivating site operatives
* Coordinating daily tasks and workflow
* Being client-facing and professional
* Providing progress updates to the client and employer
* Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Working Foreman / Supervisor
* Strong communication skills
* Background in high-end residential builds
* Ability to manage people and workload effectively
