Ensure compliance with operational protocols and procedures.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding site activities and incidents.
Act as the central point of contact for all security operations during your shift.
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operations Control Room Officer to join our team. This critical role involves monitoring security operations, coordinating responses, and ensuring seamless communication between field teams and clients.
Requirements include previous experience in a control room or operations environment (Preferred), strong communication and organisational skills, ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, proficiency in using computer systems and security software, flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, and a valid SIA Licence (Essential). Knowledge of Glasgow and surrounding areas is preferred.
