We're hiring a skilled YouTube video editor to join our growing team and produce high-quality, story-driven content in the real-world safety / incident analysis niche.
This role is focused on turning raw footage into compelling, cinematic YouTube videos — not just basic cutting.
You will work closely with our lead editor and internal editing team, helping create videos that match the tone, pacing, and storytelling style of this reference channel:

Clean, structured, and professional
Emotionally engaging but factual
Strong in pacing, tension, and storytelling flow
Optimized for viewer retention and watch time
What You'll Do
Edit 3 high-quality YouTube videos per week
Work from provided footage, scripts, and guidance
Use sound design, SFX, music, and pacing to enhance storytelling
Match the style and quality of the reference channel
Collaborate closely with our lead editor and editing team
Join team calls when needed and stay open to feedback and improvement
What We're Looking For
Proven experience editing YouTube documentary, safety, or true-crime style videos
Strong understanding of storytelling through editing
Skilled use of SFX, music, and emotional pacing
Ability to maintain consistent weekly delivery (3 videos/week)
Willingness to learn, grow, and develop skills with our team's guidance
Reliable communication and professionalism
We will support, train, and help you improve, so attitude and willingness to grow are just as important as current skill level.
