What you’ll be doing…
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.
1. Ensure thorough and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
2. Maintain the kitchen area to be clean, well-presented, and well-stocked at all times.
3. Support the Chef(s) by ensuring the kitchen environment meets high standards, including ad hoc food preparation duties.
4. Be responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment, reporting any maintenance issues according to procedures.
5. Operate the till as required, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
6. Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents as per procedures.
