Location: Ty Cwm Gwendraeth, Llannon Road, Upper Tumble, Llanelli SA14 6BU Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. What is involved This role will require extensive use of Computer systems, time and Attendance system “Sona” and assistance / support with daily rota’s for staff along with cash handling /pre-loaded cards – therefore a methodical, systematic approach to working is essential. A background in these areas would be beneficial. A “can do” attitude along with an ability to keep calm under pressure at times of conflicting priorities is also essential to the role. As the role will involve daily interaction with the people we support, staff and external visitors, a friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills is very important, but above all, you will need to be patient, kind and compassionate.
