This is a senior leadership role reporting to the executive team with a focus on developing and implementing a D2C marketing strategy, driving digital acquisition, and evolving the brand across creative and media. The role also includes recruiting and motivating a new marketing team.

The Role
Dayinsure are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Head of Marketing to develop and implement the D2C marketing strategy, lead the digital acquisition programme, build a clear social media presence and evolve the brand in creative and media. The role requires recruiting and motivating a new marketing team. This is a Senior Leadership Team position as the primary marketing leader responsible for driving commercial success through an innovative consumer marketing strategy. The role has a growing marketing budget (currently around £10m) and focuses on growing customer acquisition and retention across digital channels while optimising Cost-Per-Acquisition.
This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially focused, hands-on Marketing Leader with strong experience in D2C digital acquisition, social media and expanding marketing programmes into broader reach channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement Dayinsure’s D2C marketing strategy aligned to business goals and growth targets, bringing an innovative and creative approach to increase market share, improve commercial performance and optimise Cost-Per-Acquisition.
* Drive customer acquisition through a multichannel approach, including Paid Channels.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance to maximise ROI.
* Build a world-class CRM programme to drive value and retain existing customers.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of specialist consumer marketing professionals.
* Blend creative/brand thinking with data and media expertise.
* Create brand advocacy to drive repeat purchases.
* Own and manage the marketing budget (c. £10m+).
What We’re Looking For
* Proven leader in D2C digital marketing with strong social media skills.
* Commercially minded marketer with a track record of driving growth in SME consumer services.
* Strong experience in multichannel digital marketing strategy.
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing a high-performing team.
* Experience managing CRM and loyalty activities.
* App marketing experience would be beneficial.
