Dynamite Recruitment are supporting an Independent Financial
Advisory firm in the recruit of a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisers. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth client experience and the efficient operation of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and the wider Administration team to meet service standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities Adviser Support
Provide full administrative support to Advisers
Prepare and send advice (suitability) letters, ensuring all required documentation is enclosed
Handle client queries professionally via secure messaging, email, and telephone
Issue service set-up letters, including invoices and service details, within two weeks of receiving the Letter of Engagement
Liaise with Advisers, Paraplanners, and Admin colleagues to meet deadlines and service level agreements
Request, track, and manage Letters of Authority and product information requests Skills & Experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
CRM experience (Intelliflo desirable)
Strong IT skills (Outlook and Word essential; Excel preferred)
