Job Summary
As an Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for assisting prospective students throughout the admissions process.
Your primary goal will be to communicate with prospective students, review their online applications, and guide them towards enrolling in our academic programs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our institution's offerings and eligibility criteria of each degree programme, and the ability to build relationships with potential students.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
* Provide detailed information about our institution's academic programmes, admission requirements, scholarships, and student life to prospective students.
* Utilise the CRM system and other designated tools to track and follow up with prospective students, ensuring timely and personalised communication throughout the enrolment process.
* Assist prospective students with the application process, providing guidance on required documents, and offering support for scholarship applications.
* Review incoming applications and liaise with academic staff as necessary regarding eligibility of applicants.
Person Criteria
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Able to use initiative and work independently, and positively influencing others through a proactive approach.
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting would be an advantage.
* A good working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
