About Ourway Care
At Ourway Care, clients are at the centre of everything we do. Each care package is bespoke, built around the individual client's lifestyle, preferences and home environment.
Unlike traditional care models, Ourway Care supports clients to recruit their own dedicated Support Worker teams. This allows us to:
* Deliver truly person-centred care
* Provide consistency and continuity for clients
* Build stable, long-term care teams
* Achieve better outcomes for both clients and staff
Recruitment is therefore client-specific, not generic. Each Support Worker is recruited with a particular client and care package in mind ensuring the right match of skills, values and approach to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
The Recruitment Assistant acts as a key link between the client, management team and candidate, helping to ensure the right people are recruited into the right care packages.
Our Values and Culture
Ourway Care is committed to ensuring all staff feel:
* Valued
* Supported
* Appreciated
As part of the recruitment process, it is important to communicate:
* A respectful and supportive management culture

* Encouragement and support for professional qualifications
* Clear pathways for progression within the organisation
Retention begins at recruitment. Setting clear, honest and positive expectations is essential to building trust and long-term commitment.
