* Working alongside Partners on client relationships, operational development, and strategic planning
* Directing and supervising audit assignments, ensuring work is completed efficiently and within deadlines
* Performing comprehensive reviews of audit files across a variety of clients, applying existing expertise and enhancing technical proficiency
* Playing a central role in maintaining compliance with both regulatory obligations and in-house quality benchmarks
* Supporting the professional growth of colleagues and setting a strong example
* Guiding and coaching less experienced team members, including involvement in structuring their learning plans
Candidate Profile: To be shortlisted for this Audit Manager position, you will need:
* ACA or ACCA qualification
* Demonstrated track record in audit management within a professional accountancy setting
* In-depth understanding of audit methodologies, financial legislation, and accounting frameworks
* Strong leadership attributes with excellent interpersonal and team management skills
* High level of accuracy, sound judgement, and a solutions-oriented mindset
