You will be part of a collaborative team of HR Business Partners, supporting around 500 employees across two main offices in Essex. Agile working is encouraged, with most colleagues spending two days a week on site.
You will bring strong HR expertise, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and a blend of strategic and operational experience to support organisational change. They are very much customer-centric in their thinking. Your analytical mindset and collaborative approach will be key in driving initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning and strategic workforce planning. This forms part of a wider ambition to challenge the status quo, use data-driven insights to shape performance indicators and foster a high-performance culture.
