Key responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day running and performance of the boutique
* Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver elevated client experiences
* Drive sales, KPIs and client development initiatives
* Coach, motivate and develop team members
* Build a strong team culture and positive working environment
* Support operational excellence and visual standards
* Act as a key ambassador for the brand and its values
Requirements:
* Previous luxury or premium retail leadership experience
* Supervisor or Assistant Manager background
* Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
* Passion for people development and coaching
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
