Responsibilities
* Handle everyday banking queries and assist with digital questions.
* Open new accounts and share product information.
* Manage customer meetings, ensuring excellent service.
Candidate Profile
* Customer service experience, preferably from retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
* Strong communication and relationship skills.
* Quick learner with adaptability.
* No banking experience required; drive and enthusiasm are key.
