As an Assistant Depot Manager, you will support your Depot Manager with the day-to-day running of the depot, and you will identify and suggest opportunities to grow sales. Your support may include reviewing the P&L, recruiting, leading by example, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong working relationships with the local trade.
The pace is fast and the environment is competitive and demanding but also rewarding financially and in our strong team spirit.
This role provides a fantastic environment to learn about the path to becoming a Depot Manager in the future, with extensive online and face-to-face training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to be a successful Assistant Depot Manager and to manage your own depot one day.
