Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week (flexible start/finish times to support work-life balance)
Overtime: Available but not guaranteed
Location: Southampton (Causeway)
The Role
As a Van Technician, you will carry out vehicle repairs in accordance with manufacturer procedures and within the standard times set. You will work closely with the Workshop Controller to ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow, contributing directly to the dealership's ongoing success.
Key Duties
* Vehicle inspections and general servicing
* Fault diagnosis and repair of defects across commercial vans
* Road testing vehicles to ensure safety and quality standards
* MOT preparation, testing, and presentation
* Accurate completion of all required paperwork and system updates
* Liaising with colleagues and management to ensure smooth workshop operations
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a qualified LCV Technician with experience across commercial vans of all makes and models. You will be proactive, flexible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

* Full UK Driving Licence
