Responsibility for ensuring the overall working kitchen environment is kept clean, tidy, safe, and hygienic always. You will also be required to assist under the direction of the chefs with some food preparation.

To provide and facilitate all aspects of maintaining kitchen cleaning and hygiene operations. – cleaning of utensils and equipment to company standards and food hygiene standards.
