We are looking for a Shift supervisor to guarantee that safety, quality, efficiency, delivery and cost objectives connected to shift production activities are achieved, in compliance with Group policies. As a Shift Supervisor you will work a 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shift pattern of two days (06:00-18:00) and two nights (18:00-06:00). About the Role Responsibilities include: Optimise employee effectiveness via communication, objective setting and training Lead and supervise personnel via performance management Leads / participates in investigations Drive the Run to Standards Model Promotes a safety-focused culture Promotes Guiding Principles and values Team Briefs Training plan and Matrix updates GMP Audits Champion Safety Culture and be an ambassador for Behavioural Based Safety. Ensure that products meet required Product Specification. Inspires employees by creating targets and objectives, providing training and guidance for them to succeed. Demonstrated the right behaviour and sets the same expectations of their employees, including- Respect, Integrity, Discipline and Routine, Sense of Urgency Supervises direct reports and uses performance management framework to develop operators skills and knowledge Promotes innovative solutions to maximize efficiency. Co-operates with maintenance office in order to guarantee the best possible production efficiency Co-ordination with the other functions in charge of equipment operation Controls paper and raw material waste on shift. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
