Roles: * Class 1 Days * Class 1 Twilight * Class 1 Nights * Class 2 Days * Class 2 Nights Hours: Shifts run across Monday to Sunday, 5 out of 7 shifts a week (weekends included) * Class 1 Days- 06:00am- 09:00am start time * Class 1 Twilight- 14:00pm- 16:00pm start time * Class 1 Nights- 21:00pm- 23:59pm start time * Class 2 Days- 06:00am- 09:00am start time * Class 2 Nights- 21:00pm - 23:59pm start time Pay Rate: * Class 1 Days- £14.36 per hour PAYE * Class 1 Twilight- £14.36 per hour PAYE * Class 1 Nights- £15.87 per hour PAYE * Class 2 Days - £14.25 per hour PAYE * Class 2 Nights- £15.51 per hour PAYE Location: Motherwell, ML1 Job Type: Ongoing with opportunity for permanent. The role: · Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units. · Handling runs with 4-5 delivery stops, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork. · Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle. · Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements: · Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or 2 entitlement (category C or CE).. 3 months experience required for class 1 · Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. · No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). · Full understanding of WTD legislation. · Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position. · Excellent communication skills. · A safety-first mindset.
