Summary
The role holder is responsible for the operational tender process and pricing management of Vantive products and services, collaborating with the Commercial and Functional Teams.
Key Accountabilities
* Manage documentation for tenders and coordinate activities with the Commercial teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
* Gather and collate key internal and external business information required for tender submissions.
* Identify discrepancies related to public procurements in line with competition criteria and local procurement laws, escalating issues as necessary.
* Manage commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, including contract prolongations, and inform relevant teams.
* Optimize internal CRM systems to enhance efficiency and output in tender and contract processes.
* Support Commercial teams in creating quotes, pricing activities, and contract terms.
* Own the pricing management process, including system administration and supporting teams with price adjustments and disputes.
* Conduct inductions and training for stakeholders on the tender and pricing processes.
Essential Criteria
Qualifications
* A degree in Economics or Finance is advantageous.
* Working towards or holding a CIPS Level 2 Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations.
Skills
* Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Process-driven mindset.
Experience
* Proven experience managing the tender process, preferably within the healthcare or NHS sectors.
* Experience applying project management practices.
* Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
* Experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
Knowledge
* Good understanding of tender management best practices.
* Basic knowledge of UK and Ireland procurement laws.
Job Requirements
* This is a home-based role with travel to UK office locations as needed.
