We are recruiting an Item Checker for Advanced Higher Latin.
Applicants must have current experience of delivering the course and experience of marking successfully at this level is preferred.
An Item Checker is responsible for reviewing questions, items or tasks and appropriate supporting marking instructions for course assessments under the direction of the Principal Assessor which must be undertaken within the conditions, time frames and arrangements set by us. The Item Checker role profile provides full detail of the role, selection criteria and key performance measures.
A checking meeting will be held mid February to end March and one day of release may be required. Fees and expenses are paid. Details will be confirmed at the point of contract.
