Dental Recruit Network is working closely with a well‑established dental practice in Oxford to recruit a Lead Dental Nurse for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dental Nurse ready to step into a leadership role, gaining valuable management exposure while remaining hands‑on clinically. The Role
* Lead and support the dental nursing team on a daily basis
* Provide chairside assistance when required, maintaining clinical excellence
* Ensure compliance with cross‑infection control and CQC standards
* Support the smooth and efficient running of the practice
* Act as a key point of contact within the team, fostering a positive and organized working environment
Working Hours
* Monday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
* Tuesday: 8:45am – 7:45pm
* Wednesday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
* Thursday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
* Friday: 7:45am – 4:45pm
A structured full‑time rota offering consistency, with an early start and finish on Fridays.

* GDC registered Dental Nurse
