About the Role: Our client is a fast-growing, well-established company looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join their production team. Key Responsibilities: Fabrication and welding of aluminium windows and doors MIG & TIG welding to a high standard Reading and interpreting technical drawings Using machinery and tools such as saws, drills, crimpers, and routers Ensuring precision and attention to detail in all work Meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in aluminium window and door fabrication Strong MIG & TIG welding skills Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately Confident with a variety of fabrication tools and machinery Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: £16.00 Overtime paid after 39 hours 28 days holiday (including statutory bank holidays) Free onsite parking In addition you will also receive X5 extra days holiday over the Christmas shutdown so you dont need to save days from your holiday year This position is being advertised on behalf of SWIFT Temps Ltd Engineering Recruitment Division who operate as an employment business.
