Client Director Role
* Software Dev technology consultancy company who build the digital journeys that SaaS vendors can’t or won’t try.
* Ambitions to grow to £100 million and continue their global expansion
* Location is flexible, occasional access to London, Edinburgh or Manchester
The Role:
* Start building the strategy to enable growth of the company both domestically and internationally.
* Whilst driving the commercial growth, be part of the company’s purpose to provide a successful community ecosystem to both employees and the local population
* Bringing in network of industry contacts to enhance and strengthen the business
* Reporting to the CEO, you will have a great degree of autonomy to outline your playbook and enhance and build a team that can drive the deals to enable growth. You will need to have a collaborative style and work closely with marketing, ops, delivery directors to support the team
The Candidate:
* Experience in custom software development consultancy
* Evidence of growing revenues from £45m to £80-100m
* High IQ and EQ to work with empathy in an organisation with a unique culture
* Technically aware of the latest trends and practices at a high level
* Well versed in agile and lean practices
The Company:
* Digital transformation/agile software dev/software and product development/ML
* Turnover £40 million
* Clients in Public Sector/Finance /Retail
Base £100-120k OTE £200k+
