SEN Tutors Required – Rainham
TP Tutors is seeking dedicated SEN Tutors to provide tailored educational support for children and young people in Rainham and surrounding areas.
Position: SEN Tutor
Location: Rainham and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible full-time and part-time roles available
Key Duties
* Deliver engaging and tailored tuition sessions
* Modify learning approaches to meet individual needs
* Support emotional wellbeing and learner confidence
* Encourage participation and positive learning habits
* Track student progress and adapt support plans
* Liaise with parents, carers, and professionals when appropriate
* Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Ideal Candidate
* Experience supporting children or young people desirable
* Backgrounds in education, tutoring, mentoring, care, or youth support welcomed
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Compassionate, adaptable, and organised
* Understanding of safeguarding practices
* Able to travel within the local area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
