Key Responsibilities Building strong relationships with referrers and clients, instilling confidence and trust. Providing expert advice to individual clients, solving their employment law challenges and securing the best legal outcomes. Assisting businesses, from start-ups to larger SMEs, with day-to-day employment and HR issues, ensuring legal compliance and up-to-date documentation. Achieving monthly targets and KPIs in collaboration with the team. Supporting the growth of the firm by contributing to business development initiatives and attracting new clients. What We’re Looking For A qualified Solicitor with 2 years PQE and a solid knowledge of Employment Law. Exceptional communication skills – confident, articulate, and client-focused. A strong sense of professionalism, ethical standards, and a commitment to high-quality client service. A motivated team player with a desire to develop your legal career and progress within the firm.
