About the Role:
We are looking to expand our development team by hiring a skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer with expertise in designing and maintaining web and software applications. You will work on diverse projects, including new builds, platform migrations, and integrations.
What You'll Do:
* Develop full-stack web applications using tools like Magento/Adobe Commerce, Laravel, and others
* Create integrations for eCommerce stores and ERP systems using APIs
* Collaborate with the team to refine and prioritize GitHub issues
* Mentor junior developers, supporting their growth
* Assist with project planning and technical assessments with clients
Requirements:
About You:
* Experienced in development roles with pride in your code
* Progressive mindset towards technology and teamwork
* Self-starter capable of owning projects from conception to delivery
* Ability to work efficiently and make sound technical decisions
* Collaborative, with good communication skills and client interaction experience
* Mentor to junior team members
* Willing to contribute to strategic and process improvements
* Academic qualifications: A levels or equivalent, or a Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Skills and Experience:
* 5+ years of writing quality, maintainable, scalable code
* Full stack experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, AlpineJS
* Experience with platforms like Magento, Joomla, Laravel, Symfony, etc.
* Proficient in PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache/nginx, Elasticsearch
* Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
* Experienced with Git, Docker, and Docker Compose
* Excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills:
* Linux system administration, infrastructure, or DevOps experience
* Experience with CI/CD, web security, SaaS platforms like Shopify, and eCommerce
* Agency experience is a plus
