Role Description
Location: 77 Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (Subject to experience)
Commission: Uncapped (OTE £43K - £50K)
Business hours: 08:30-17:00
Working days: Monday-Friday
Reporting to the Client Relations Associate Director, this role involves managing and delivering telemarketing campaigns for our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the delivery of contracted services to clients without compromising quality.
* Manage client relationships by nurturing strong contacts, decision makers, and influencers.
* Understand client priorities, strategies, and organization to add value across their broader organization.
* Participate in and/or lead client review meetings.
* Collaborate with the Account Manager to develop account plans for each client.
* Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports internally and to clients.
* Populate data on internal CRM to record progress.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and operational policies.

Ideal Experience
* Outbound/Inbound telesales experience is essential.
* Understanding of B2B sales or client management is advantageous but not required.
* Knowledge of commercial real estate is advantageous but not required.
* Experience managing SLAs/KPIs and using CRM systems.
* Proficiency with MS Office, especially Outlook.
* This role suits candidates with backgrounds in recruitment, media sales, or estate agency (property lettings).
