Electrical Improvers / Electrician's Mates Required
Location: Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne
Duration: Immediate Start – Work Available Until End of 2026
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Pay: Negotiable Depending on Experience
KP Jones Electrical is looking for reliable and hardworking Electrical Improvers and Electrician's Mates to join our team on a large student accommodation refurbishment project on Newcastle Quayside.
This is a long-term opportunity with work available through to the end of the year for the right candidates.
Duties will include:
* First fix and second fix electrical installations
* Site temporary power installations and maintenance
* Safe isolation procedures
* Testing and commissioning assistance
* General electrical installation works
* Working alongside qualified electricians as part of a professional team
Requirements:
* Previous electrical installation experience
* ECS Card preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good attitude and strong work ethic
* Own tools preferred
