Legal Counsel
Greater London – £90,000 - £100,000
The role will cover Commercial, HR, and Facilities legal functions and will involve both internal legal management and collaboration with external counsel as needed.
Please note: The role requires 5 days in-office from their West London location. After the probation period, this will reduce to 4 days in-office per week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts
2. Advise on commercial transactions, risk management, and compliance
3. Handle employment matters, including contracts, disputes, and HR policies
4. Manage property-related legal issues and regulatory compliance
5. Serve as primary legal resource and oversee external counsel relationships
6. Implement cost-effective legal solutions and risk management strategies
Essential Requirements
7. UK-qualified solicitor with 5-8 years’ post-qualification experience
8. Strong background in commercial law and employment law
9. US law experience essential
10. International experience is a plus
11. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
12. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
