Our client, a fast-growing and well-established IT solutions provider, is looking for ambitious individuals to join their expanding sales team as Entry-Level Lead Generators.
Specialising in networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, our client supports a wide range of organisations across the UK. With continued growth, they are now seeking driven candidates eager to kick‑start a career in IT sales.
The role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in sales, strong motivation, and a desire to learn and develop within a thriving industry.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic sales environment, with full training provided and clear progression opportunities into an Account Manager position for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct B2B outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities
* Identify and qualify potential sales leads
* Book appointments for the Account Management team
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting activities
* Update and manage internal CRM systems
* Engage with key decision‑makers across various industries
* Promote services via phone and email communication
About You
* Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
* Resilient, target‑driven, and proactive
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Previous office or sales experience is advantageous but not essential
