What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading the day-to-day operations of the branch
* Overseeing care delivery, safeguarding, and compliance with CQC regulations
* Recruiting, supporting, and mentoring your team – including Deputy Manager, Coordinators, and Supervisors
* Growing the business by developing new care packages and nurturing client relationships
* Ensuring accurate records, care planning, audits, and quality assurance
* Driving high standards of service delivery while fostering a positive, supportive team culture
* Participating in on-call duties and supporting emergency care when required
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in home care management or senior leadership role
* (QCF) NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Confidence in building and motivating a team
* A passion for high-quality care and professional development
